Bryant has been suspended for four games for violating the league's substance abuse policy. Bryant is the team's number one receiver, but lately Alex Smith has been looking for Arnaz Battle and Vernon Davis, while utilizing Frank Gore's rugged running abilities. This does however, impact the 49ers' run to the playoffs because now a big threat capability will be sitting on the sidelines, and I can't even name the third receiver for the Niners. Do you think Bryant's departure will be a distraction, or will the Niners deal with it? Furthermore, does it even matter; would the Niners make the playoffs with him?
