The San Francisco 49ers seem to be unconcerned about Takeo Spikes shoulder injury. The team fully feels that Spikes will be ready for training camp and because of that have extended a contract offer to the former Philadelphia Eagles LB. During his recent visit to the Bay, the two sides discussed general ideas on a deal but nothing was set in stone, as Spikes believes he could get a better contract elsewhere.
