Darrell Jackson was among the NFC leaders in drops last season. On Saturday, the 49ers dropped him. The team waived the eight-year veteran after a disappointing season in which Jackson managed just 46 catches for 497 yards - about half what he had the previous season with the Seattle Seahawks
