San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Braylon Edwards was ruled inactive for Monday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Edwards, who has been plagued by both shoulder and knee issues, voiced his displeasure with his lack of playing time last week. The third overall pick of the 2005 draft, Edwards has underwhelmed in his first season in San Francisco (10-3). He has 14 catches for 172 yards and zero touchdowns in eight games in 2011.
