Sean Payton said this week that “There’s no bad blood,” between him and 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh. Just the same, Harbaugh said this week when asked the same questions Payton was being asked, “We ask no quarter, we give no quarter, and that’s how we approach things.” And that’s how it will be Saturday when the Saints face the 49ers, which is growing by the week into a grudge match.
