In 2011 the Carolina Panthers used the first overall draft pick on Cam Newton, who won the Offensive Rookie of the Year award for that year. In 2012, Carolina used their first round draft pick on Luke Kuechly who went on to win the Defensive Rookie of the Year award.Heading into 2013 expectations are high for the Panthers, who finished 7-9 in 2012, because they have shown they can spot talent -- but now must prove they can use the talent properly.In this article I take a look at five players that I think Carolina should target this offseason. These five players will definitely add to the strong and dynamic team that Carolina is trying to produce.
