Sometimes, good teams finish last. It's hard to imagine that teams with such offensive firepower and speed on the outside could slip a spot or two. But that happens in the NFL. The Not For Long League is full of teams who are good enough, look the part and cannot find a way into the playoffs.And no, this is not a Dallas Cowboys-like problem.The NFC is the class conference and for good reason. Better drafting, more competiion, greater rivalries. For some reason the NFC is better and it is not even close. In the middle of it sits the Falcons, a team that has been on the brink many times and fallen off the cliff. This time, they don't even make the playoffs. Here is why.
