To most observers, it would seem highly unlikely that the 2013 version of the Green Bay Packers will miss the playoffs. While the Packers did lose key players in Greg Jennings, Donald Driver, and Charles Woodson, they also infused new, young talent to an already talent-laden team. However, we do know that every year teams that made the playoffs the previous season do not get a chance to compete for the Lombardi Trophy again. This is no time for resting on laurels, and if the Packers don't have the fire lit within them starting Week 1, they may find themselves as one of the those teams watching the playoffs from home. Thank goodness there is a multitude of fine drinking establishments in the greater Green Bay area.

Kicker Mason Crosby
If Mason Crosby begins the regular season as the Green Bay Packers' kicker, he can probably look back at Tuesday's practice as what won him the job. Crosby was a perfect 14-for-14, making seven kicks into the wind and seven kicks with the wind at his...
