6 casings from Harrison's gun

Six of the bullet casings found after an April 29 shooting near Marvin Harrison's car wash and garage came from a gun that belongs to the Colts wide receiver, Philadelphia police sources told ESPN's Sal Paolantonio.

Police returned to the scene of the crime Monday to examine bullet holes in two residences after new information was provided to police by an alleged third victim of the shooting.

Harrison's representatives say Harrison was not present during the shooting incident, and that his gun was not involved. Monday, Harrison's attorney declined comment. Police say they have no suspects in the case.

The case is being taken over by Philadelphia District Attorney Lynne Abraham.

GOOD luck, Lynne Abraham DOES NOT mess around !!!

I really hope Marv has nothing to do with this situation because he's one of the few WR's in the league that make you say NOW HE's A REAL CLASSY GUY! the man has no ego and just preforms every week he plays

i think we all do winna!!!!

Good Point. Marvin Harrison does play the game with no ego and that's very rare today. I never thought I would hear his name brought up in a shooting. He's a Patriots killer but this is real life and I hope he didn't do anything wrong but anything is possible.

btw ck you have the BEST BLOGS!!!! i love the way you tell us enough just so we get soo into the story that we actually open it up and read it from the link lol your truly a jewel to the yard bud...... buhh then again thats why ur #1

As they say........Deny! Deny! Deny!!

i hope for his sake, he is innocent, believe me lynne abraham is not one to mess around with. she cares NOT if one is a "superstar" or a regular joe from down the corner!!!

Philadelphia police have recovered evidence from the area around a business owned by Indianapolis Colts player Marvin Harrison.

Police at the scene would not comment about what they found Monday evening around 25th and Thompson streets, near a car wash Harrison owns. Last week, police said Harrison was one of a number of people questioned about a shooting there.

Harrison's lawyer, Jerome Brown, declined to comment. His agent, Tom Condon, did not immediately return a phone message.

updates wonder what they found but knowing you by the days end ha

Something tells me this is not going to end well for Harrison.

my crystal ball says U R CORRECT.........:(

Several things here need to be considered.....1. Did Marvin fire the weapon?????? 2. Can they prove he was at the scene? 3. From what I've read the handgun was inside his residence when he last saw it....which is within his right to own a firearm. 4. He was questioned about the handgun....but was he questioned about being the person shooting?????/ It will be interesting to see what happens......doesn't make sense why he would leave it in a bucket at the car wash if he was worried about being caught.......they will turn this into a big circus if it was an ordinary person this level of effort would not be considered.

it's already a circus warlord, and it's not going to get better anytime soon!!!!

hey CK did you see my article about the Eagles cruise??????? I already got my suite reserved Its gonna kick A**.

ya i really due hopw harrison isnt a part of this he is just not the type that seems like he would get himself caught up in somwthing this bad dam he doesnt even spike the ball when he scores a td haha

I hope he is inocent I met him about 3 years back seemed like all I said to him was hi Mr Harrison... You had a good season last year he replyed it could of been better.. and that is all we said to each other

I would like him to be innocent as well, however, I would not mind him being unable to play for the entire season due to court obligations..that might be nice.

Even IF he fired the handgun....was it in self defense??????/he only needs to show he was in fear for his life.........But as I said the news will rape this story because he is a NFL star

Under Pennsylvania law, Harrison can be charged with a misdemeanor if it's proven his gun was used in a shooting, even if someone else pulled the trigger. If Harrison is found to have been involved in any gun-related crime, it could subject him to discipline, including a suspension, by the NFL under its Guns and Weapons Policy or Personal Conduct Policy.

now this is all messed up girlie i guess i missed alot on here
