Adalius Thomas blasts former coach Brian Billick

"You've got to remember, I'm coming from Baltimore. People there wanted the limelight, people sought out the limelight, starting with the head coach. It was a star-studded system. Here it's about as different as you can get. Everybody here shies away from being the star guy. Nobody on this team beats his chest. They just all go about their business. And win." more...

Interesting, he is not the first one to leave and spout off about the organization, the coach. Funny, while he was here, AT was a happy camper. Oh, except for the one time when he first hit the free agent market. Thomas eventually signed here, but came back kicking and screaming about Ozzie black balling him and then low balling his offer to Thomas.

No one beats their chest? I'll remember that one the next time I see Harrison cheap shot someone with a head tackle or Bruski slides on his knees after a big play.....Give me a break Thomas.

I think it's fair to say a lot more of that is happening in Baltimore than in New England, where with their record of dominance they'd have more of a right to do it anyway. But that's not in their culture, and it's not in their culture because it starts at the top.

Belicheat is arrogant but in a different way, and in a way that creates more team unity.

Dewey, I agree, beating of the chest happens in Baltimore more than NE, on the surface. Yes, Thomas is speaking about more than game day rituals and I fully acknowledge Bill's ability to not only get the most out of every player, but also get them to play truly for the team.

However, Thomas is throwing stones where none belong. Perhaps it was the way the question by the reporter was framed, maybe his words were even taken out of context. But he is the last one I expected to throw Billick or the team under the bus, especially after, as I said, he claimed Ozzie low balled him and even black balled him....

Maybe he was throwing stones, but the bottom line (for Ravens fans) is that Adalius has a point.

Brian Billick's ego is out of control, and it negatively impacts the franchise.

i watched the game and i remember Billick throwing kisses at someone??...who was he throwing the kisses at??..my friends say they did not see that at all....Roll the Tape.....cj from pasadena
