The Cleveland Browns have signed running back Chris Jennings to the active roster from the practice squad and placed rookie running back James Davis on injured reserve. With Jamal Lewis doubtful with a hamstring injury, Jerome Harrison will likely get the bulk of playing time at running back in Sunday's home game against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Detroit claimed him today, leaving the Cowboys with 52 players on their roster for the time being.
The Cowboys had hoped to bring White back after releasing Chauncey Washington on Monday.
