Bengals to unveil new prison-inspired uniforms Sunday
INCINNATI, OH -- In conjunction with the one-game suspension of cornerback Jonathan Joseph (the third suspended Bengals starter, joining Odell Thurman and Chris Henry) the Bengals will unveil a new uniform design for Sunday's game at Kansas City. The design, created by a group of players who formed an art collective called "The Chain Gang," is said to closely resemble the attire of state penitentiary inmates. "A lot of people probably think, 'Oh, turn the Bengals uniform into a prison jumpsuit... That's easy – it's already orange, just put a pocket on it and make it a one-piece.' But it's a lot more complicated than that." (SATIRE)
