Ravens defensive coordinator Greg Mattison seemed confident that defensive end-linebacker Terrell Suggs (ribs) and safety Ed Reed (concussion) will start Sunday at San Diego.
Suggs, who didn’t practice Wednesday, has never missed a regular-season game, playing in 97 straight games.
“He’s fine,” Mattison said. “He has some soreness in his stomach.”

Gooden good to go
Injured Ravens linebacker Tavares Gooden worked through two practices this week and, barring a setback, will play Sunday in San Diego.

Heap on target in San Diego
Todd Heap's return as a play-making receiver last week was right on time. The Ravens' tight end figures to play a prominent role again Sunday in San Diego, if history is any indication.
Heap has nine catches worth 110 yards and two touchdowns in two career games against the Chargers, including the game-winning catch in a 16-13 win in 2006. His decisive 10-yard reception...

Derrick Mason calls out Keyshawn Johnson
A season can’t go by in the NFL if Derrick Mason doesn’t bash loudmouth Keyshawn Johnson at least once.

“Damn Keyshawn Johnson, because I heard he [...]
