hahahahahahaha do u see our offense hahahahahahaah sure donovanis the best qb in the nfl and westbrook is arguably the best or at least second and i am confident we will go 6-0 in our division but we always mess up and our offense will be like last years. struggle every game just to get open. it doesnt matter how good ur qb and rb are if the rest of ur offense sucks. plus our lb's arent good enough yet

ps:reggie brown showed he shouldnt be anywhere but a practive squad in 05 and 06 and the beggining of 07

Holy cow. I just took a look at the Eagles schedule for next year. It has to be the easiest non-conference schedule in the league. Rams, 49ers, falcons, bengals, ravens, and cardinals are layups for any decent team. The Seahawks and Steelers won't be very good so the Browns might be the toughest non-conference game you guys have. There's actually a decent chance you'll have a winning season this year.

i think you meant to say non-division schedule in the league which is also pretty funny considering the only difference in the giants and eagles schedule is...the giants play at home against a terrible panther team instead of a the terrible falcon team that the eagles play...and the giants play on the road in week 17 against the vikings who could either be very good and would have already clinched what they needed to in which case the game would be meaningless to them or not be as good as the media hypes them up to be instead of the bears who are not good but still have a very very good defense

Thanks, I did mean non-division schedule. Yes I like the Giants schedule too, but substituting the panthers for the Falcons and Vikings for the Bears makes it a bit more difficult. Anyway, the table is set for you guys to have a good record. All you need to do is eat.

Best Offense in the NFL, i beg to differ, we were like 6th in total offense last year and 2nd the year before. Sure, our offense was pretty damn good, but being the best? We're not there yet

we were 17th in points, but we were also 6th in total offense yards. we got to the red zone alot and just stopped there last season. but this year we got LJ healthy who has all his TD in the red zone and we will give us the offensive explosion that we lacked in the red zone last year

Being a fan is one thing and being drenched in delusions of reality is another. Yes our defense looks exceptional on Paper like it always has in the past for most. However, putting that talent on the field from paper is another thing.

But, your claim of our offense being the best? I hate to disagree only because Mcnabb and "WHAT WR" to go with him makes our offense the best? Kevin Curtis? He had three outstanding games last year. Aside from that, he's a great #2 receiver. Reggie Brown? He hasnt impressed me yet. Once again, he's also a great #2 receiver. You guys are banking on Desean Jackson? The guy is still raw. He wont turn heads for at least two years if he's still in this league. Aside from Westbrook and a HEALTHY MCNABB, we dont have any credible offensive threats on our Team. L.J Smith is A OK when healthy and fumbles during crucial moments...

Now laying off the crack pipe and straying away from delusions of reality, this team is built ONLY to become playoff bound. However, this team isn't yet ready to advance far into the playoffs. Not when we dont have enough offensive threats. Also, given the past history of Mcnabb injuries, westbrook always playing injured, and L.J Smith's ability to recover completely and not fumble the ball, probabilities are against us my friend...

16-0 NO but 13-3 or 14-2 is very possible. We have the talent on this team to compete with any team in the league.

the eagles range this season is anywhere from 7-9 to 10-6. there are so many games that come down to a play or two so its tough to pinpoint and say theyll go 8-8 or 10-6 or whatever. philly isnt bad by any means, and i think ur right they can definitely go into anysunday against any team and compete. a good defense, very good running back (1st or 2nd best in my opinion)...they will win some games no doubt. i just dont see 14-2 or 13-3 type team. those kinds of teams dont have weak spots where the eagles def need to improve in certain areas. hey...in that division with dallas, ny, wash, and philly anything can happen. im usually pretty tough on the eagles caz im a giants fan and of course i cant stand them but all the teams in the division are capable playoff calibur teams so no disrespect but i dont think phillys on that level. in fact the only team on thatr level in the entire nfc is dallas in my opinion.

Thanks for the funny post. I should note that the Eagles have never won 14 games in their historic 74 year existence, nor have they won the equivalent percentage adjusted for a non-16 game schedule. But heck, this is why I love Eagle fans. I hear this every year living in Philadelphia - most optimistic fans in the business.

realistically anything can happen i personally see the Eagles Going 12-4 for us eagles even if we have some easy games we shouldnt take them lightly an how our schedule is panned out to be i dont think we have any meaningless games Cuz we do finish the season playing dallas that counts we gotta face giants and redskins a few games before dallas so we gotta be on our toes this whole season

if they stay healthy maybe if god blesses us. but it depends if we win the cowboys steelers browns (i think) giants and redskins matchups otherwise look for us to dominate the rams and basically everyone else i wish we played th broncos AH well

Maybe because:
1. We don't have Tom Brady
2. We have Reggie Brown, they have Randy Moss
3. We have to play the Cowboys and the Giants twice each
4. Andy will pass 65% of the time (even though we don't have a Randy Moss)
Come on. This is ridiculous. We will make the playoffs and anything can happen from there. But, to think that we have the kind of squad capable of an undefeated season is childish. Look at the facts and be a rational fan. We have a real chance of surprising people and winning it all but we may have to do it from a wildcard position and certainly not as an undefeated team.

Here is why we wont go Undefeated:

1) ONLY 2 TEAMS have done it in history. That is hard. We were 8-8 last year, kid.
2) The Patriots stacked themselves last year to get that done. What do we have besides a playoff bound team (hopefully)? Looking at the Eagles schedule. 12-4 is a realistic W/L record, speaking as a fan.

Just to make somewhat of an argument. back up your opinion with some facts, So we all can slightly understand why your small brain is functioning this way. If all you want is faith..then please never write another article. You "wack" Eagles fan.
