It is almost universally agreed upon that the fourth game of the preseason is redundant and a waste of time. Anyone who has anything to do with the sport would much rather proceed with live fire that counts, rather than undergo yet another training round of blanks.Coaches, of course, wouldn't consider the preseason to be blanks because players get hurt and rosters are thereby adjusted.
