Clinton Hart a Possible Victim of Making too Much Cash?

Strong safety Clinton Hart could be cut by the Chargers this offseason in order to free up cap space, according to ESPN.com. Hart was rather ineffective in 2008, failing to intercept a single ball all year despite starting all 14 of his active games after hauling in eight the previous two seasons.
