Here's the usual weekly gushing about the guys, well, most of it is gushing, the way they keep taking teams apart:
* But we'll start with something critical. LB Philip Wheeler flagged for holding on the opening kickoff. He's been called a lot for penalties on special teams.
* QB Peyton Manning shows he's ready with a couple precise throws to WR Reggie Wayne and TE Gijon Robinson. The latter sure looked covered, but Manning threw it perfectly into a tight spot.
* RT Ryan Diem and C Jeff Saturday with solid blocks as RB Joseph Addai runs for 9 yards.
* No hole on second-and-1. Not much more room on third-and-1, but Addai gets it.
* Wayne is so elusive on the comeback route, runs the corner off, then makes him and another tackler miss for 25 yards. Great throw, catch and yards after the catch.
* Third-down throw to Wayne on the slant gets the first, but give Addai credit for a chip block on Leonard Little, who got around Diem on a speed rush.
