This isn't because the top of the league is so good (really, is there any truly scary team out there?), but because the dregs of the league are so bad. This year's NFL isn't top-heavy, it's bottom-heavy. If it were a celebrity it'd be more Kim Kardashian than Christina Hendricks.But of all the terrible teams, which is the worst?
