The Philadelphia Eagles have decided to use a roster exemption in order to keep Michael Vick off of the 53-man roster. This means that Vick will still technically be on the Eagles team, but it won't count against their roster. He will be kind of like a fifty-fourth invisible man.
This is a smart move basically because the Eagles do not have to place him on the regular roster...

I saw today that the Cardinals had cut 6'7'' pass catching TE Leonard Pope. Ive also been hearin that the Eagles and Pat's are close to a deal sending Feeley and Brown/Baskett to the pats for TE Ben watson. Yes, Ben Watson is a better option than Pope but Pope comes without giving up any players. we could use Feeley n Baskett in another trade(if there is one out there...
