  Don't know what to say about that catastrophe... feel like I've been defending this team forever. I'm still rocking my green tomorrow tho... ride or die, I guess. right now feels more like my season is doing the latter

    Seeing that the Eagles are 0-3 in their division, they'll have to get W's @ NYG, @ WAS, and DAL. Ummm... yeah, not so optimistic after this game.

        Then I take pity on you. The Kolb Era won't be nearly as fruitful. Kevin Kolb will be the wonderful "legacy" that Reid will leave behind once he gets canned at some point. Guy is even more of a turn over machine in the limited time that he has touched the field.

  McNabb threw 3 interceptions because he drops back to pass every f****** down. the db's just have to jump routes and read the WR that have no threat of going deep. when you throw the ball 59 times in a game you are going to turn the ball over its that simple. this is horrible, andy reid should lose his job.

    Or they just need to put their hands up in their air after he lays one right into their hands. TWO of the picks he threw were NOT going to make it to an Eagles WR at ANY point after its release from his hand the other was due to Curtis not being with the program.

    Well now DMac's head is also on the chopping block. I may get over it in a few days, I don't know, but for now, after throwing 3 interceptions, he's not on my MVP list! But please get rid of REID!!!!!!!!!

  I agree but one of the interceptions was curtis' fault clearly. He had a rough day but again the coach does not put them in position to succeed, he allows them to fail. I heard on eagles post game live that the eagles where 3/18 on 3rd down conversions and threw the ball on all 18 third downs. SOUND EASY TO DEFEND?

  Tic Toc Tic Toc...time is running out for this team. Changes are needed. Just a horrible performance by the offense. Cmon we were playing one of the worst ranked defenses in the league. As much as it pains me to say it, it is time to make a change at QB, but nothing will change till Reid steps down or gets fired. This could be ugly for a while...Wake me up from this nightmare......

  I don't want McNabb gone at all.. He had a horrible day, no questions no excuses but the fact of the matter is that he is a top quarterback when healthy and eagles fans have to stop saying on minute mcnabb is back and the next he needs to go. reid must go as a coach, lets also look back on that trade with the panthers.. we now have their first round pick and they are 8-2.. great decision to pass up on that offensive tackle we will need next year to get a pick over 20 probably..

    This game showed exactly what is wrong with McNabb. He reminds me so much of John Elway (without the WINNING TURN-AROUND!) Early in his career with the Broncos, Elway tried to force the ball all the time, threw low off the line, and was inconsistent when pressured! Hello?!? McNabb is ALL of these things but has been this since the DAY HE STARTED! Geezzz...he has been surrounded over the years with amazing recievers, running backs, and defense and STILL can't manage to elevate his game to consistency and experience. He still thinks he can throw to an AVERAGE receiver in triple coverage....um....yea...think that one might be an interception. I know he is pressured to pass all the time based on Reid's stupid schemes as a coach, but dang! McNabb is himself and has not developed. In the past, when the coverage was too tight, at least he could do damage with his feet and mobility. Um, watching him scramble out of the pocket these days is like seeing an old lady cross the street. You pray she makes it before the bus hits her! He is injurred, old, and not the guy a West Coast offense needs. (not that I REALLY agree that the Birds need a West Coast offense, but that is Reid's game!) Anwyay, don't let the OLD stats fool ya, this is not your young-make-the-play with my feet McNabgb. This is an inconsistent, older, unable to scramble McNabb who basically has the job because he lives in the coaches pocket.

  ...... So who is a free agent is part of it.
  Another part is, we need an upgrade at (fullback, offensive line, Defensive end, Power Running back, and safety )

  I don't think DMac needs to leave. Everyone has a bad day but he is always magnified because of the poor coaching. DMac is a good QB and if he had a coach that would allow him to be a leader, I think there would be another dynamic to the game.
  I agree. They suck right now; but a big change is needed and it has to start at the top with AR. He has got to go.

    I'm not sure DMac sould be a great leader at this point. He's played his last 10 years with Andy pulling his strings. It's tough to go out on your own after that.

    Has anyone told this guy yet.....WE ARE GARBAGE RIGHT NOW THEREFORE SUPERBOWL IS NOT IN OUR FORECAST. His comment sounded like McNabb not knowing about overtime. This guy says Superbowl as if he thought we were really 8-2 or something. Have you watched the season or hell a GAME?

    Does it matter if we picked up a fullback. Andy Reid wouldnt call the right plays to use him effectively anyways.

  You won't hear an explanation of what happened. Andy Reid won't allow it. Always says "it's on me." Yeah, well, he wasn't out there screwing things up. Take players to the woodshed. Grow a pair, dammit!
  If he can't (and it doesn't seem likely he ever will), it's time to fire him and move on. The Andy Reid "system" is both predictable and very defendable. Only really works when there's a #1 wide receiver to keep the defense honest. Too bad for us, the only time there was a real #1 WR was T.O.
  Hire Bill Cowher.

  TRADE MCCHOKE NOW, GET RID OF ANDY REID, CLEAN OUT ALL BIG CONTRACTS THAT ARENT PLAYING WELL....IE.LJ SMITH, REGGIE BROWN, ETC. REALLY CLEAN HOUSE,BUILD FOR THE FUTURE, USE DRAFT PICKS TO GET REAL IMPACT PLAYERS, HAVE A TEAM THAT PLAYS SMASH MOUTH FOOTBALL THE WAY THE NFC EAST SHOULD BE, NOT FINNESSE FOOTBALL LIKE WE HAVE BEEN PLAYING FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS. CMON 8 GADGET PLAYS AGAINST A TEAM THAT IS 1-8. GIVE ME A FREAKING BREAK.

  No pride. Mcnabb and his Eagles were outplayed by a second team QB and a second rated team and their ok with that. It's no longer cool hearing that it's a long season and we have next week. I don't think this team deserves a next week and the coaching staff doesn't deserve a next year. I'm starting my campaign push now for Cowler or Gruden. Lets start making some noise people we need to bring passion back to Philidelphia.

  I know everyone wants Andy fired and Donovan incarcerated for impersonating a QB. But that is not going to happen, nor will there be tar and feathers ( I already ordered mine). But there is something that can be done to get the message across. Everyone who has Thanksgiving Day tickets for the Arizona game should stay home, enjoy their friends and family, and enjoy a laugh when the NFL Network cameras show shots of a stadium that has 70,000 fans cleverly disguised as empty seats. Maybe then Jeff- Pedal to the metal -Lurie, and Andy -We just have to keep firing -Reid would get the message.

  Some of you are freaking dimwits. We are suffering. We are unable to get 1 yard in key situation and all of our big huge losses. McNabb is tired after scrambling so that leaves us huffing an puffing in the huddle instead of trying to run one more freaking play before the 2 minute warning (That play against Giants reminds me so much of the Super Bowl game against Pats). Defense works to hard for offense to be freaking laughing every other second and not taking pride in what they do. Andy Reid no longer can call plays worth a sh!&. He's obviously distracted by everything that is taking place at home. McNabb needs to start acting like a field general and not a "Pansy" We didn't even knew that the game could end up in a tie. I work hard as hell and knew that. Multi-dollar football players doesn't. We cannot win a game withing our division and all of a sudden losing to teams like Redskins. One quality receiver and he's a rookie. Not to mention he doesn't get the ball enough. Run Quality running back and he doesn't touch the ball enough (not to mention he is banged up). No fullbacks, overrated and over paid CBs and the best I've seen us in a while was when McNabb was hurt and Garcia filled in and be.fore that was when we had T.O. I hate to say it but that was the best thing happen to us in a very long time until it blew up in our face. (Grown men with issues). The guy played in the Super Bowl with damn near a broken ankle Hmm.... let Garcia go. That made so much sense. How about the mothers stay of the blogs and management pull their heads out their butts and reward this great city and fans instead of embarrassing and putting us through torture every year. I maybe asking for to much but the average team makes simple decisions like this all the time

  The issues rest with the owner. Lurie needs to step in and dump both McNabb and Reid. They are both past their prime and the best shot this team had at a Superbowl was the rip-offed game against the Pats. Now, the offense has no heart and no drive. The defense is playing like champions and then has to spend two thirds of the game on the field because the offense sucks. Westbrook, as good as he is, is injurred and you can see he is not able or willing to put 100% into his runs. McNabb is just McNabb...inconsistent and does not take the game seriously. After throwing interceptions, he is smiling and going his merry way. The problem in professional football is players simply wanting to "make it through" the season without injuries. The Eagles offense LOOKS like they are playing that way! They can live to play another season and there is no team loyalty. Heck, they'll be playing for another team the next season anyway. But it is clear the Eagles offense stinks and it falls mainly to McNabb's lackluster passing and Reid's terrible play calling. FRONT OFFICE!! OWNER!!! TRADE McNabb to Chicago (which he DESPERATELY wants to do!); make Reid an assistant coach, and hire us some WINNERS!

  I have to admit the Eagles are done. All week I told my friends and family the Birds would blow away the Bengals. What a joke. An old Brett Favre takes a rag tag team to NE and wins!! The Titans, the Titans with Kerry Collins are undefeated!!! I thought the Birds were as good as those 2 teams. Well, I hate to say it, they are done. It will only get uglier too when Reid and Mcnabb are run out of town. I can see Westbrook petitioning for a trade and the rest of the team just deteriorate. They play to their opponents and not to win...case in point the Bengals. There will be no recovery like Parcells and the Dolphins, the Eagles will just stink for the next 3 years or more. The Giants may have a dynasty to match NE; and the Skins are now up and coming. Dallas is just a bunch of clowns. I guess clowns that win. The Reid-Mcnabb era is done, and with it one of the best runs Eagles history had. Now it is becoming ugly.

    I agree that the Birds are done this season. McNabb is and always has been an inconsistent quarterback. Now with the injuries, surgeries, and age.,,,he is a has been. Reid is stuck coaching like it is 1985 and doesn't seem to understand the "new" game. He doesn't take advantage of the players he has that are quality and trades away any threats to McNabb's fragile ego. Both of them drag down a decent squad. However, if Lurie would get off his you-know-what and hire an up and coming college coach or coordinator, AND get a decent young quarterback, I think the team DOES have some outstanding talent. Westbrook, as much as I LOVE this guy, is also injury prone and moving OUT of productive years. For me...all three could go and I would LIVE with a loosing season or two just to see a change in the guard!
