  • Jaqua Parker is pretty good man. I'd be a little surprised if he was not starting this season
  • ehhh he is old we didnt draft Abiamri 3 years ago to sit the bench i think he will take over at LE for our new age new look defense.
  • i like all 3 left ends. i`d like to see clemens play more. platoon at linebacker is a bad idea. and hanson just got a big contract, they aren`t going to pay him as much as they are to be a 4th corner.
  • Hopefully Abiamiri takes the step this year! if he doesn't thats the weakest position on the defense.
  • My apologies. I do have the 3rd corner as Hanson, must have screwed up when making this. I too like all the LDEs.
  • Not so sure a platoon at LB would work. Gaither will see the field definitely not as much as Akeem though.
  • id rather see jordan at SLB and gaither at WLB or vis versa cause im not a Gocong fan i think he is a DE
  • YOU GOTTA STEP YA SPELLING GAME UP FOR REAL.
  • Number six should have the option of Samuel, Hobbs, and Hanson.
  • why? sheldon brown isn`t going anywhere stop it!
  • You and I both know Brown will be gone in a year or less. They did not trade for Hobbs to sit the bench and Hobbs won't resign with them without being a starter. After this year I can't see Brown as an Eagle if it lasts that long. The Eagles have the money yet they refused to renegotiate with Brown. The writing is all over the wall that the relationship with Sheldon Brown and the Eagles is almost over. I hate to say this too, but the relationship between McNabb and the Eagles is nearing a close as well.

How Far Will the Eagles Go This Season?

If you couldn't be an eagles fan!! who would you root for?

this was a really hard question for me to try to answer! but, i eventually picked the vikings! now it is your turn!!! i don't think football would be the same for me,not being an eagles fan and i really don't like thinking about it,but i would really like to see what you come up with!!

How well do u know the eagles

# 3 is a give u and the rest is just my opion so if u dont like it u can well u get the idea

Lorenzo vs LeSean

I think Lorenzo Booker is definitely on something. Whatever it is that he is on, I want some. Seriously, the Eagles wasted a 4th round pick on someone who impressed them in the off-season, but once the pads came on, he was a complete waste. Now he thinks he is going to beat out Shady. I was willing to give Lorenzo a chance when I heard the comparisons to Westbrook, but after...

Why Philly has a love/hate relationship with Andy Reid and Donovan Mcnabb and the one they have with each other...

The Genesis... Way back in 1999 a Quarterback coach from Green Bay takes over as Philadelphia Eagles New Head Honcho. His name is Andy Reid. Taking over for the marginally sucessful Ray Rhodes who all but self imploded on his way out the door. Ray Rhodes learned the hard way that coaching in Philadelphia is not about the honeymoon but more about the anniversaries and...

Eagles looking at combo kicker/punter

According to a published report, the Eagles are bringing in a combination kicker/punter for a tryout on Wednesday. The kid's name is Zach Thiry, and he is out of someplace called Carroll College, an NAIA powerhouse that has won five national championships. Thiry apparently wants to concentrate mostly on punts and kickoffs -- he was a national leader in punting at one point in...

Ingram has left knee contusion

Eagles tight end Cornelius Ingram suffered a left knee contusion during practice today. It's the same knee he injured (torn ACL) prior to last season, causing him to miss his senior campaign. The team said he is expected to return to practice tomorrow. Ingram was running a seam pattern down the middle and got tangled up with safety Rashad Baker on a throw from Adam DiMichele...

Is Booker on that stuff? NFL needs drug testing during OTA

Okay okay, I know some of my Eagles family may have heard this story before. But I think we need to throw this one out for discussion. Maybe I'm missing something? Lorenzo Booker seriously considers himself the number 2 back behind BWest. Did I miss something last year? He was absolutely awful last year. He couldn't catch, he couldn't make it further than 3 yards past...

Kendra & Hank Make a Splash at MGM Grand Pool

It’s just a few weeks more until Kendra Wilkinson & Hank Baskett come together in the bonds of holy matrimony. So how has the engagement between the former “Girls Next Door” star (and aspiring stripper pole saleswoman) & the Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver been going? Judging by recent pictures, rather swimmingly: (Fortunately Kendra comes equipped with [...]

Is Eagles GM Joe Banner related to that dude from "Superbad"? Just curious.

Trevor Laws Seeks More In Second Season

Quick, who was the Eagles' top draft pick in 2008?Many would think it was wide receiver DeSean Jackson, who had an outstanding rookie season with 62 catches, 912 receiving yards and three total touchdowns. But drafted two spots ahead of him was defensive tackle Trevor Laws out of Notre Dame. The 6-1, 304-pound Laws played in every game this past season and recorded 16 tackles...

Eagles' Justice looking for a second chance

Winston Justice was talking about the life of an offensive lineman and how one mistake can eclipse 100 flawless blocks. "If you mess up once," the Eagles tackle said, "everyone thinks you're horrible." Two seasons ago, Justice messed up horribly - several times, in fact - when in his first start at left tackle, he allowed six sacks against the New...

Browns Make a Smart Signing in Rod Hood

The Browns made a smart signing yesterday.  The Team acquired cornerback Rod Hood who had been released by the Arizona Cardinals. ProFootballTalk reports that Hood was a hot commodity throughout the League with strong interest from the Rams, Lions, Bengals, Bears and the Browns.  The Rams reportedly offered a deal that was declined by Hood.  And the Lions thought for sure that...

Eagles' Klecko still ready to play anywhere

If nothing else, Dan Klecko is a survivor. He always has been willing to do whatever it takes to continue playing the game he loves at the highest level. It has kept him going for six seasons, and earned him two Super Bowl rings. He would very much like to make that seven and three. Yesterday, the former Temple Owl was back on the practice field for the Eagles, taking part in...

How Much Should Eagles Run The Ball?

The numbers say that offense hasn't been much of a problem for Andy Reid's Eagles. The yardage has always been there. The points have been there. Donovan McNabb's numbers are terrific during the course of his career. Yet, there is a nagging perception out there that the Eagles absolutely must run the football more, more, more in 2009, and that with a big, strong offensive...
