Philadelphia running back Brian Westbrook did not practice on Friday, but he is expected to play on Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys. Westbrook missed last week's win against the New York Giants because of a concussion. Eagles coach Andy Reid decided to give Westbrook a day off after he went through full practices on Wednesday and Thursday.
