Take The Saints -6.5 pts The Bills are a rapidly improving team and that's why in the trends sportsbook.com have seen 61% of the Money Line bets wagered on the Bills at a line of +225 it's easy to get caught up by the allure of the Cinderella odds... But this is simply not a good match-up for the home side. The Bills defense is build for the AFC and looks to stop the run and force you to beat them with the pass, they have improved in the secondary considerably from years past but they have real problems matching up on TE's and RB's their linebackers Kawika Mitchell, Keith Ellison and Marcus Buggs were exposed in their win over the Bucs by Kellen Winslow. Then you move back from there to safety and the Bills have Donte Whitner and Bryon Scott who are both almost extra linebackers they are very physical and will get up and hit but in pass coverage are far less affective. The Bills will often replace Scott with rookie Jairus Byrd in obvious passing situations as the rookie is more athletic. In scouting him I have noticed a dangerous trend in his two previous games. He is playing too deep, normally a saftey plays ten yards off the ball or so at all times but in passing downs Jairus is cheating, playing twelve or so yards off the ball in an attempt to not let anything get behind him. The problem is it creates is too big a coverage gap in zone defense between where your linebacker plays and where your safety is.As a receiver I'll sit in that area make a catch behind the linebacker and have two yards or so leeway in which to try to beat your safety with nothing behind him. This is a classic shootout and I'll bank on the Saints loaded with weapons against a defense built on run stoppage.Quick FactorsThe Saints will exploit these match-ups they are too talented - Great QB 75% completion rate even if you drop the Detroit game he still did that on Philly and their corners Weapons - Two Quality Receivers Henderson, Colston and two great backs, Reggie Bush creates a terrible problem for the Bills speed wise as does Jeremy Shockey, they don't have a match-up answer. The Bills "No Huddle" is unproven this team should be 2-0 but offensively, they have struggled badly at times, their stats do not take into account the turnovers - they have been handed some points.

On Gregg Williams: Character, Attack, and other things

..........Gregg Williams was hired by the Buffalo Bills in 2001, he was asked to bring a hard-line disiplined approach to a team that needed it.
