Edgerrin James' contract was terminated by the Seahawks Tuesday as Seattle parted ways with the player signed to be the backup running back.James gained 17 yards Sunday, moving to No. 10 on the NFL's all-time career rushing start.He is replaced on the roster by wide receiver Mike Hass, who was signed from the practice squad more as an option should receiver Ben Obomanu be limited by an oblique muscle he injured.
