I get the whole argument that Pennington's been hurt and his arm is no good, and if you're going to go downfield more you're probably better off with Gus Frerotte who can still chuck it?but there are intangibles involved too and I think Pennington has more of them going for him than Frerotte or Tarvaris Jackson.?...
