So we are heading into the weekend, and I must say as all Ravens fans are, I'm really excited to see what we do against the 49rs. There has been a lot of criticism about our 2 - 2 start as I've previously discussed. When push comes to shove, look back historically, the Ravens seem to do much better when their backs are against the wall, and are very frequently underestimated...
We won. Simple as that. It is good to get out of here with the W. It's never easy winning on the road and the 49ers have a hard nosed defense that did a good job today. Like Coach said to us after the game this one was winning by any means necessary. You don't always win pretty, we rarely win pretty, but this was a just get it done win. One drunk Niners fan told me before the game that tonight he was "going to eat Raven meat!"
I'm pretty sure he didn't realize the irony of proclaiming loudly that he'd be eating crow, which is exactly what he's doing now.

With San Francisco's starting left tackle Jonas Jennings out for Sunday's game against the Ravens, Baltimore should be able to put more pressure on Trent Dilfer.
