Very good article. However I think that Moss will be on everybody's top WR list when he retires. After he gets a few Bowls and pads his already ridiculous stats he'll be the best ever. Jerry just played for 10,000 years for great systems and great QBs. Lucky for Randy, he finally has a great QB throwing at him and not other busts like Culpepper and others who were good because of Randy. Go RandyMoss and the best team in NFL history....NE Patriots
Best team in history on by statistics. But they aren't the best team cuz they couldn't even beat the Giants in the Super Bowl. I don't wanna hear that bullsh!t of best ever.
The only debate on this topic is who is number two. Rice is so far in front he is starting to lap others in the top ten. That said, anyone else think Tim Brown belongs on that list? He would definitely be in my top ten.
thanks ck it feels good to see that there are still good NFL fans out here but most importantly to me im glad to see even with all the negativity we still have a good base of birds fans just waiting for the draft and camp.....
i think that marvin harrison is better than T.O. and chris carter.
furthermore a guys character plays into how good a player he is. taking into concideration chemistry, locker room. everything has an impact on how a player plays on the field.
after that being said, let just knock T.O. off of the list.
Is this even a question? Hands down it is number 80 Jerry Rice. Now I know a lot of people are considering Moss, but as we all know he doesn't work the middle. Moss only makes it happen down the sidelines. Rice can make it happen any where on the field. And as far as T.O. goes, the Team Obliterator wouldn't be half the player he is today without Rice's guidance.
