      No people don't realize that at all. After hearing this the average Joe would think that he was smoking the night of the accident. The fact that weed DOES stay in your system for a long time, no body can claim that he was smoking that night. Its absolutely ridiculous.

    This guy is out smoking weed and drinking and then he tries to blame the accident on the pedestrian. People like him that smoke weed usually do it on a daily basis, so I'm sure he was high while out partying.
