The Patriots released 29 year old OLB/DE Tully Banta-Cain.
“The move is surprising. Banta-Cain has three sacks and had been playing a lot of downs in the Patriots’ hybrid defensive system at both outside ‘backer and defensive end. It wouldn’t be surprising if TBC is re-signed at a later date.”
