Every year when the NFL season ends I usually go through some sort of denial, followed by disbelief, to understanding, then finally some sort of acceptance. When May or June rolls around I become impatient, restlessness, and finally I begin feeling a low-level excitement when August approaches. (I truly don't know how I survive year after year).
