Jaguars Lose Their MLB for the Season
The Jacksonville defense suffered a major blow Monday when it was announced that starting middle linebacker Mike Peterson would miss the remainder of the season with a pectoral injury. Coach Jack Del Rio said he was unsure when Peterson, the AFC leading tackler since the 2002 season, suffered the injury, stating that he may have even played a few plays after getting hurt. Del Rio said he does not know at this time who will be taking Peterson's spot, but early speculation is that Daryl Smith will move to the inside and rooke Clint Ingram will start on the outside. For those of you in roto leagues with IDP, keep an eye on this situation as the MLB spot for Jacksonville is a tremendous source of tackles due to the Jags dominating D-Line.
