New York Jets cornerback Justin Miller was arrested early this morning and charged with third-degree misdemeanor assault, according to an ESPN report. Police apprehended the NFL star at around 4:20 A.M. following a chase which came shortly after he struck a woman in the face at a New York City nightclub.
