After the horror that has been the Oakland Raiders franchise since 2003, you'd think that nobody in their right mind would want to coach there. I mean, you'd have to be incredibly stupid to even consider an offer, much less... Oh, hello, Jim Fassel! You might have a severe head injury, because ...

  • Fassel basically wrote Al Davis a love note. I wonder if at the end he wrote, "Will you hire me? Check yes or no."
  • doesnt matter whos the next coach the raiders need a GM
  • I'm sorry but I have to disagree Coaching is a big poblem the raiders hasn't had a good coach since Jon Gruden. Bill Callahan bum, Norv Turner loses every where look at the Chargers, Art Shell terrible, Lane Kiffin overated everyone I admit the raiders were playing better under Kiffin but the y still went 5-15 under Kiffin. Everyone says that Al Davis doesn't give his Coaches time. What we need is a motivator. The problem is that the raiders hasn't had solid QB play since Rich Gannon. I think that if we can get Micheal Crabtree or DeZ Bryant in the Draft that we can turn this thing around next year the defense doesn't need anything except maybe strongside linebacker and another DT but the offense isn't producing plain and simple the offense hasn't produced since Rich Gannon. The raders need an offense first Coach. I say go after Steve Maurrici as there had coach he is an offensive genius.

Pennington Probably w/ a Sore Foot

While he's still likely to play tomorrow, QB Chad Pennington has found himself on the teams injury report with a sore foot. He is listed as probable for the contest against the Raiders. Pennington ranks sixth...

DEAR AL DAVIS
