Lamont Thompson released by Jaguars

The other day was a sad one for Shakedemdreads as one of our favorite players was released. Safety Lamont Thompson was released by the Jaguars on Wednesday. Thompson may have had limited playing time but most importanly he won our Golden Dread Award this season. Hopefully somebody picks up Lamont soon so he can keep shaking them somewhere else.

To bad Lamont got cut. I don't think he got much of a chance in Jacksonville. At least you guys have the draft to look forward to for dreads.

Lamont Thompson didn't get much playing time but hopefully he can get signed to a team that he'll get playing time.
