Just about everyone in the windy city, and for that matter almost the entire national media, have been clamoring for Rex Grossman's head and this week, it looks like their wish was granted. I really think they are all looking in the wrong direction and they'll be left clueless in two weeks.

So the Bears finally made the decision that everyone has been waiting on for weeks now, by replacing sexy Rexy with veteran Brian Griese. One Chicago columnist however, doesn't think that Griese will be the solution to the Bears' QB problems, so he comes up with some pretty elaborate schemes. I never liked Rex Grossman. I knew sooner or later Lovie Smith would agree with me. What makes people think that Grossman can do it? You think Rex is responsible for thier excellent season and playoff run last year? I remember clearly the day I put $500 on the Colts to smash the Bears in the Superbowl.
