JSOnline.com:
Brady Poppinga being coached by Kevin Greene looks like a match made in football heaven. In the quasi-militaristic environment of a NFL training camp, the outside linebacker and the outside linebackers coach stand out as free spirits.

Poppinga Refuses To Go Quietly Into The Night
In March of 2008, I wrote an article about Brady Poppinga, noting how quickly Packer fans will turn on a beloved player in the face of non-production. In fact, this was the first article I wrote on TundraVision, which brought a very polite response from a poster named "truebluesportsfan" on SportSpyder suggesting I stop writing articles and use my free time more wisely...
Packers' Harrell isn't done just yet

Why Your Team Sucks: Green Bay Packers
Why Your Team Sucks” is a new feature that will merely be an excuse to talk **** about the rest of the conference. Yeah, this will make us a lot of friends.

Tough Decisions Made Up Front
BARBRE, SPITZ, SITTON EARN JOBS ON O-LINE
Making some difficult calls, the Packers coaching staff has settled on a starting offensive line heading into Friday's third preseason game at Arizona, and at this point barring an injury or significant drop-off in performance, this is the line the offense will open the regular season with on Sept. 13 vs. Chicago.
It's Allen Barbre...

Crosby hopes to kick doubts
Thanks to equal parts nature and tools of the trade, Mason Crosby is about as imperturbable as they come.
Nothing seems to get under his skin. He appears to live in his own world at times.

2010 Expiring Contracts: Which Packers Will Stay, Who Will Go? Part Two
It may be only a few weeks until the start of the regular season, but it is important that we look ahead and play as Ted Thompson by evaluating players who should or should not have their contracts renewed for the 2010 season and beyond. So far this off-season, Greg Jennings has been the only player that has been given a contract extension which prevents him from testing free agency...
Packers Vs. Bills: Preseason Game Two Winners and Losers
While many euphoric Packers fans already have the team going to the Super Bowl based only on two preseason games, I am trying to keep a level head. There are some great signs, to be sure, but let's not assume anything. Just ask the 0-16 Lions that were 4-0 in preseason last year.
So, in the spirit of keeping things at a "McCarthy-like" even keel, let's take a calm...
Seen and Herd: Preseason Week 3
My apologies for taking an extra day on completing my usual wrap-up. I had to rinse the disgusting taste from my mouth that the Green Bay Packers left following Saturday's game.
Not only did the Packers play about as marvelous of a preseason game as you can, but the Bills did everything in their power to make Green Bay look like the favorites to win the Super Bowl.

The Cowboys have agreed to a one-year deal with center Duke Preston on Wednesday.
Preston, 6-5, 320 pounds, was cut by Green Bay on Tuesday after signing with the Packers in March. He started 11 of 15 games for Buffalo in 2008. He is expected to arrive in town tonight and take a physical Thursday.
He will compete with Cory Procter to be the backup behind Andre Gurode. Procter served...
Critical Comments From Green Bay? I'll Take My Chances With No. 4
I haven't written any articles for awhile, mostly due to my involvement around Vikings training camp and learning the media side of the NFL.
Now that training camp has subsided in Mankato and the Favre media frenzy has passed, articles and comments from around the national media and on Bleacherreport.com have lit a fire under me.
Media members have seemed to automatically...
