Exhibit A: Tony Interception connects with Patrick Crayton to give the Cowboys a 7-0 lead over the Eagles. Hat tip to CamelClutchBlog.com.
I've been playing Madden Football since the '93 edition, but I was honestly thinking about passing on this year's game, that is until I saw a few of these videos. The jump to next-generation consoles such as the 360 and PS3 brought about a revamped engine that played too fast and in general lacked many of the qualities that made past renditions so fun to play. NFL 2010 appears to play at a speed more reminiscent to '05-'07, and the new "move the pile" tackling feature promises one of the most realistic experiences to date. Except for the whole Cowboys beating the Eagles thing.
For the better part of the past two years, I've essentially been retired from the game. Hope this is the one that brings me back, because I'm not nearly as good at NHL. For a more in-depth preview, IGN has you covered by somebody who has actually played the thing.
