Finally Home

O.k. folks, I am finally home…sorry for the non-news and sporatic blogs.  Just too hectic with power fading in and out and the wife.  I have not watched the game but can tell you that the Miami Dolphins did in fact win 24-0…Good game?  I will be watching the replay tomorrow. Back to work on Monday

Will Vincent Replace Upshaw?

He always thought he could do a better job (though even a 5 year old could have of late) but he will he get his chance? It used to be an almost certainty that Troy would take over and now there is a void to be filled. Gotta say that it would be great to see one of our own running that show.

Playing with Ricky Williams and Chad Pennington...

We played the Dolphins last weekend and lost. We definitely did not play to our standards. I know it's preseason but it taught me that there are really no rollover games in the NFL, not like in college. They were 1-15 last year, but they have good players on their team who play hard just like our guys do. I have to admit, I was a little in awe standing on the sideline watching...

Del Rio blames Harvey’s Agent for Holdout

Jack Del Rio isn't holding it against Derrick Harvey. On The Jack Del Rio Show Tuesday evening on WOKV, the head coach said that the lack of a contract for the first round pick wasn't the fault of the former Gator, but instead, it's all about Harvey's agent, Ken Kremer. "Obviously, it has gone on quite a while and there's a great deal of money that's...

News and Notes, Friday August 22nd

A look back on the Miami Dolphins 2nd preseason game, some roster and injury news, and a look ahead to the preseason game on Saturday.

Travis Daniels Traded

So are you getting tired of me opening a blog post with the topic of TS Fay?? Yeah, amazing that it is still a topic of conversation for me, since my entire week in FL has been drenched by the bitch!? Now I am getting hammered by heavy wind and rain.? In fact, the eye [...]

Chiefs @ Dolphins Live Chat

Remember the first part of the chat will be a Q&A period with the AA staff and hopefully Brian Miller from Phin Phanatic will be joining us.

Arrowhead Advantage: Fry Some Fish!

10 Reason Why the Chiefs are Cooler Than the Dolphins: 10. Chad Henne's got more chin than Chinatown (thanks, Weird Al). I bet he hated Me, Myself and Irene, given that plump, juicy ass he has underneath his lips. Seriously, did they have to special order his chinstrap or what? 9. Our ...

Halftime Recap

Man it would be nice if the NFL had a mulligan rule. The Chiefs have played their worst half of the pre-season tonight and headed into the locker room facing a 17 point defecit. Dolphins - 17 Chiefs - 0 The worst part of this whole mess is that there really isn't one area to blame. Our offense, [...]

The Star Is At It Againa??

They had this Dolphins helmet image on their front Chiefs page. I mean, it looks like somebody whipped it up on a Commodore 64. Just look at this and tell me it's not completely worthless for a site of their magnitude. Can't they afford to hire a graphics guy? C'mon, ...

I'd Rather Get Beat Up In An Alley: Summer Spy Camp

So I'm here in South Florida on vacation and I can't help but love everything I'm reading that's coming out of the Dolphin's training camp. I was a big fan of Favre coming to the Jets but the way Pennington landed in Miami left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm a fan of Chad Pennington and I'd love to see him succeed but not in the AFC East and certainly not in Miami. I wouldn...

Chiefs @ Dolphins Post-Game Report: Drilled!

The barber may be the same, but not their game. Speaking of drilled, if Herm Edwards was a drill instructor--and he might have it in him, because his pops served in WWII--here's what he'd be saying right now : "24-zilch? You call that football, you pond-sucking scum?! You gang-greenified maggot f***ers! Y

WR Franklin Hurts Knee in Thursday Practice

Wide out Will Franklin hurt his knee in practice on Thursday, and there is no word on how bad it is or if he'll be able to go in the teams weekend preseason game vs the Dolphins. Franklin limped off the field after hurting the knee. "I don't know what happened to him. I think he tweaked his knee or something," coach Herm Edwards said on Chiefs.com "We'...
