The Rocky Mountain News and Rotoworld are reporting Mike Heimerdinger is on the Titans' radar. Heimerdinger took full advantage of Steve McNair's talents and hopefully would do the same with Vince Young, whose rushing stats plummeted in 2007.
The Tennessean in Nashville is reporting the announcement could come Thursday. It would be a welcome addition to the Titans' coaching staff.

Talk about the perfect example of what the NFL does not want in a player. Everyone's favorite suspended NFL player, Tennessee Titans cornerback Adam "Pacman" Jones, has been accused of punching a woman at an Atlanta strip club. Pacman Jones in a strip club…causing trouble? The Atlanta woman Pacman Jones was accused of punching in the face has dropped the charged she had previously filed against him, Georgia authorities said. The accuser, Wanda S. Jackson, withdrew the petition on Wednesday said a clerk in the Warrants Division.
Well, I guess all you Pacman haters were wrong again, and I truly believe Pac didn't do this if she withdrew the petition...

Now Pacman's accuser might be facing charges in Atlanta. Atlanta police said today that they aren't necessarily finished investigating the case, and that it could result in charges against Jones' accuser Wanda Jackson. I can't really say I'm excited about the hire. Dinger had some good offenses during his first stint in Tennessee, but that's because he had some good players at the skill positions, in Steve McNair, Eddie George, Derrick Mason and Frank Wycheck.
When Dinger arrives, he'll find the cupboard of playmakers is pretty bare...
