The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who already have more cap room than Abe Lincoln with a shaved head, have freed up another $1.4 million in 2009 salary space.
According to Pewter Report, center/guard Sean Mahan has reduced his base salary from $3 million to $1.6 million, under an apparenty “take-a-pay-cut-or-take-a-hike” ultimatum.
