The Jets Blog:
According to Dan Leberfield, the Jets have signed former Titans LB Ryan Fowler, who was brought in for a workout yesterday, and seemingly waived FB Jason Davis.
The 250-pounder is 27 and although he was only an undrafted back-up with the Cowboys for three years, he showed enough potential for Tennessee to sign him to an $11.5m contract. However, he lost his starting job to Stephen Tulloch. He played every game last year for the 13-3 Titans and figures to give the Jets some much needed depth at the inside linebacker positions.

Nashville, Tenn.—The photo shown here is truly the only thing worth watching in the preseason.
