Many throughout the season projected LSU DT Glenn Dorsey as the #1 overall pick in April's NFL Draft. Then that man was USC DT Sedrick Ellis, who proved to be unstoppable in the Senior Bowl. Now the guy at the top of many mock drafts is Virginia DE Chris Long, son of Howie and purveyor of QB nightmares. "Long can play in any scheme. He has more experience in the 3-4 than [Dorsey and Ellis] and seems like the type of player Bill Parcells would love to have on his squad. Dorsey and...

In that case Tampa Bay should just carry 53 quarterbacks on their roster. If they select another signal caller, their fans should revolt and aim the Pirate ship cannons at their front office.

Agreed I like the King, and Bowman picks, I've been on the Bowman Bandwaggon for quite some time. He would be a very nice target fpr Dmac's deep passes.

You have to love a 4 round mock. Some things I don't agree with are the Ravens getting Matt Ryan as Troy Smith looked pretty good while he played. Also I don't think Aquib Talib and Chad Henne will fall to the 2nd round.

I agree with you on everything fbkid15 except for Henne. I think he'll drop to round 3 or more. But Aqib Talib is a first-round dude.

Look at the past few draft classes. The guys who come out of the pro style offenses are most likely to transition to the pros. For instance this past year, Trent Edwards of Stanford came out of a pro style offense and had a solid rookie season. The year before Vince Young came out and won rookie of the year. But it was due to his heroics running the ball why he won the award. Jay Cutler came from a pro style offense at Vanderbilt and in my opinion is easily the best quarterback in that draft. Look at the top quarterbacks in the league. All of them were in pro style offenses. Tom Brady,Peyton Manning,Carson Palmer and Drew Brees are just some examples. Notice how Alex Smith was the first pick of the draft a few years ago but ran a spread offense in college. Now he might be the worst starter in the league.

Yeah, solid four rounds. That takes a lot of effort. Hats off to 'em.

As a Broncos fan, these are 3 players that would be great for them to draft, and I would like see them be drafted:
    1.Kenny Philips
    2.Chris Johnson
    3.Philip Wheeler

Just to clear this up the eagles cant select Jeff Otah with the 19th overall pick he has decided to stay for his senior year. And why would anyone trade away a whole draft this has proven to be a mistake every time. I wouldnt especially for a RB too many unknowns and this has proven to be one of the easier positions to find a player to play.

with that said i would like the eagles to take desean jackson in the first round their return game is just awful right now. An if he is gone the eagles should get Derrick Harvey who had a good year on a young florida defense. I like the 2nd round pick but only if LJ cant get a long term deal done. I like Bowman the eagles could use a big reciever.
  • I think Beau Bell...MLB from UNLV(one of the few that are actually good from their) would fit good in the broncos defense...for a 4th round pick....then we could move DJ back to outside
