I laughed my ass off the first time I saw this. Barnett was being kind of uppity, but the ref MAY have gone a little far pulling him down like that. But, honestly, I can't think of any other way he could have pulled him away. Barnett is a beast and the ref is small by comparison.

The umpire's name is Jim Quirk. The umpire is the most badass of all the officials because other than the referee who stands in the offensive backfield and the back judge who stands deep in the defensive backfield, the umpire is only 3-5 yards from the DL in the middle of the field on every play.

For the record, there's only one ref on the field in a football game. He's the guy in the white hat who announces penalties.
