According to Tim Graham of the 4-Letter, the Patriots are on the verge of signing veteran signal-caller Cleo Lemon. Lemon is best remembered forbeing the starting QB during much of the 1-15 season for the Dolphins in 2007, and as a 2-year veteran of the NFL All-Food Team.If the Michael Vick to the Patriots weren't dead yet, this should put a nail in that coffin.
