I'm not a believer in the Madden Curse. I think it's silly. If Larry Fitzgerald(notes) goes down on Sunday, though, I might have to reconsider my position. Troy Polamalu(notes), who shared the cover with Fitzgerald, left tonight's Titans/Steelers game with a knee injury. He didn't return. Early reports have him out for three to six weeks. Given that Polamalu is superhuman (he was doing things in the first half, pre-injury, that human beings just aren't supposed to do...

    Hate to see a guy like this go out. He had a hell of a game up to that point. They are going to miss this dude, bigtime.

    Troy probably made the pro-bowl before the season started, but if he misses 5-6 games,it will be hard to justify it.
