Quarterback Craig Nall, who spent three weeks with the Texans last season, has been signed to back up Sage Rosenfels. Nall, 29, was one of three veteran quarterbacks who worked out for the Texans on Tuesday. To make room for Nall on the roster, the Texans placed defensive end N.D. Kalu on waivers.
