Amani Toomer has signed a deal with the Kansas City Chiefs, according to source. It is a one-year deal.
Toomer, who has played all 13 of his seasons with the New York Giants, has 668 career receptions for 9,497 yards and 54 touchdowns.

Toomer had played his entire career with the New York Giants before joining the Chiefs on Tuesday. He ranks 35th all-time in receptions and yardage and is 11th among active players in both categories.

Toomer, a second-round draft pick in 1996, has spent all 13 years of his NFL career with the Giants, helping them to a Super Bowl title two years ago. He led the Giants with six catches for 84 yards in the victory over the previously undefeated Patriots.
