PHILADELPHIA - The Eagles will hold RB Brian Westbrook out of tonight's game against the Cowboys, according to Foxsports.com and ESPN.com. Westbrook (concussion) was listed as questionable after missing last week's win over the Giants. He was held out of Friday's workout after practicing Wednesday and Thursday.
