Foxsports.com and ESPN.com are both reporting that Philadelphia running back Brian Westbrook will not play tonight against the Dallas Cowboys. Westbrook missed last week's win against the New York Giants because of a concussion. He practiced on Wednesday and Thursday but was held out of Friday's session.
