The Jets have agreed to trade DeWayne Robertson to the Bengals for a 4th and 5th round pick. Considering this is close to the value far superior tackles such as Kris Jenkins and Marcus Stroud went for, the Jets are making out like bandits here. Did I mention Robertson makes 9 mil a year and the Jets wont be picking any of that up? This helps to make up for the picks the Jets gave...

According to Fox Sports, the deal that would have sent Dewayne Robertson to the Cincinnati Bengals for two draft picks has been scuttled, presumably because the Bengals could not agree on a contract extension with the defensive tackle.

Well, I've seen enough evidence to make a call.
It's time for the 49ers to strip the interim tag from Mike Singletary's title, give him a long-term contract and make him their official coach.
Am I right or am I right? Surely John, Jed and Denise-DeBartolo York, the 49ers' deciders, are having similar thoughts after watching the 49ers beat the Jets 24-14 on Sunday...
